To me that's horrible result and expensive.

thats impressions, people are seeing your ads 19,308 times for only 2.29$..
As the ads are not attractive, they dont get enough clicks..
If you have read there blog, they have the most working methods and strategies for earning from CPA netwoks..
With POF ads, dating works the most as compare to others.
