Read instal instructions carefully!

After install you need:
1. Close iMacros application
2. Replace imatl.dll in iMacro Folder
3. Relaunch iMacros
4. Enter one of these key

It works fine!!!

Right. I replaced:
imatl.dll 6/7/2012 2:26 AM 236 kb
at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iMacros

still the keys don't work on my Win7x64

Sorry mate - my folly. The correct directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\iOpus\iMacros

It works a treat - much adulation.
