Are the files encoded with ioncube 5.4 ?

Is problem due to requiring lower version of PHP (5.2) to operate deion.dll.5.2. or could this be the problem everyone having with php 5.4 is 5.4 dezendable ?

hey Pok i founda a new one now, inside IC8 / SG 9.5l files.. and its kills all decomps kindo f annoying, ill let u know if i figure it out, i suspectsits another time stamp or geo-loc thing
