Looking through the comments at the DRM remover page, I found this:

2, Launch Kindle for PC, go to "Archived Items" shelf on the left side, double-click each item to download Kindle books to your computer. Make sure you can open and read them;
3, Run ePUBee. Drag and drop Kindle books from default Kindle content folder: "...\(My) Documents\My Kindle Content\..." and remove DRM.
If you want decrypt Kindle books by you Kindle serial number, you can transfer the ebooks from Kindle device directly, run ePUBee, then input Kindle serial number.
