Hello samdman007 and thanks for letting me know about this problem - I am never too busy for one of my 'customers'. I downloaded from the link and got the same result as you. I tried my backup file, again, with the same result. I then tried the original site where I got the book and downloaded it, again - again, with the same result! I checked the DRM, and that is (seemingly) not the problem.
Originally, all was fine but something has happened - I know not what! I suspect some shenanigans!
Sorry, it seems that I cannot solve the problem for you. Perhaps if someone else managed to get it and it opens, perhaps they can re-up, please?
