And how should this work? In all lines it shows only the keyword phrase I typed in search field. In title/in description shows most of the time NO. then it shows how many views and likes and when the video was uploaded.
This is not bad, but how should this get you traffic?

I think to be fair, this doesn't generate any traffic and it doesn't find any keywords either.
You find the keywords, and the software checks their metrics on YT. If you chance upon keywords that have good metrics, then you might get a lot of traffic I guess.
Good in what it does, but like so much stuff online, doesn't do what is claimed for it - unless I've missed the point?

Basically, it's a way to determine competition. You'd type in a keyword and look at the competing videos to see if it's a keyword that you'd want to pursue. You would then have to upload a video and optimize it. The tricky thing about YouTube though, is that there is no clear way to determine where the traffic for a video is coming from. There is no YouTube keyword tool and when you see a video at the number one position for a keyword that doesn't mean that the traffic is only a direct result of that keyword. There are many traffic sources, both on YouTube and off.
