open Firefox - install imacro plugin from firefox - install the shared imacro file into the proper imacro folder (Documents\iMacros\Macros) - sign up on youlikehits[dot]com (and register your FB account [use a disposable account just in case, make new friends and build it (description, about you, etc...(could you take a while doing this) similar to a real one to not get ban] - login on youlikehits - login on FB - open imacros from Firefox toolbar [looks like a folder with a gear] - choose the shared imacros file - hit play and enjoy...
