My lower back has been tight lately and some basic stretching helps for a bit but doesn't last too long. So a program like this, that's specifically for the back, looks intriguing and if it works comes at a good time, as tinamou99 says. Thanks for the share. Repped! |

What has this got to do with WSO or BSO's?
This is a message to all those who don't understand, "Sharing is Caring". If you aren't working to make this a better place (ie having a REP of at least 100) don't ask me for help. Everyone has something on their hard drive they can share. Everyone has the time to offer a review or create a mirror!
