This allegendly comes from Yang Shaohou vis Wu Tunan. Here is Adam Mizner doing portions of this set.

I cannot recommend his online course highly enough. Here is his kung fu brother Liang Dehua doing it was as well. Liang Sifu has the entire traditional Yang syllabus in his online course.
