Review: this is very thin! The entire 'training' (he calls it training!) could be summarised by the following: "this guy likes Substack and thinks writers could do well on it". But that's about all it says, really. Oh, he tells you how to log in, also. There is absolutely no evidence in this 'training' that he, or anyone he knows, is actually making money from using the platform, or why it's so great, apart from the fact that it 'likes' short content, apparently. He shows no earnings. And doesn't even discuss good topics, or mention successful users. See the title of this post, be aware it's about Substack, then move on if you are not convinced, because this guy adds nothing. Upsell: Also very thin. He talks about one guy on Twitter who told jokes on his Twitter feed, then linked to his book website and made money selling his books. So, nothing to do with Substack. And his book is a novel, so it's not short like on Substack. So, completely unconnected to the main 'training'. BTW he doesn't know the Twitter guy. And has no insights other than -- hey, this guy built his Twitter followers then linked to his book and sold some. Glad I didn't pay real money for any of this. |
