You need to put the username and password with the internet connection off.

inquisitor, you are my savior, mate.

After trying to install about 3 times and failed, i decided to read carefully what inquisitor wrote above. and VOILA!!! i found that forgot to set the "hosts" file to "read only" back.

Installing again....and it works now....

hmmm... actually after the 1st restart inquisitor's solution stopped working... it says try for 5 days

Worked fine for 6 days, now has stopped working.. getting the error that I have counterfeit key.
I think I'll try installing again?

Ok- I reinstalled the software and followed all the steps again. Now it's working again! :)
