I think... they are ABSOLUTELY NOT Licensed and copyright free !

Russian folks are for many many years known for copying other things! Doing Software Cracks ! Long time ago it is so and known since many years!

But with them (cliparts or other stuff) you can do your OWN work!
Be creative.

For YOU (if you are not so creative) I would suggest to get the cheap "Creative Fabrica" Account.

The first month is 1 Dollar and now it is every month 10 Euro - this is cheap and good!
You can most things also find at Etsy and Creative Market. And at Vk . com the same.

I ALSO only give Tips - you must not follow them! It is up to you!

Everytime now I see on Etsy good stuff - from Pics to Videos- I want them also - but I said I myselfe I can design it also! I try ..... and it worked!
It worked for me.
