Not possible. Very impossible. Not even plausible. Probably compressed with something like KGB Archiver which needs 15 years to pack and unpack anything :|

I am up for correction, but compressing binary files and packaged archives to 10mb from 3/4GB is mathematically impossible O.o No algorithm could achieve such a feat to my knowledge...
