WinRAR is an archiving utility that completely supports RAR and ZIP archives and is able to unpack
CAB, ARJ, LZH, TAR, GZ, ACE, UUE, BZ2, JAR, ISO, 7Z, Z archives. It consistently makes smaller archives
than the competition, saving disk space and transmission costs.

WinRAR offers a graphic interactive interface utilizing mouse and menus as well as the command line interface.

reconstruct even physically damaged archives.

# Bugs fixed:

- WinRAR did not store NTFS "Compressed" attribute, when creating RAR archives.
- WinRAR crashed in command line mode if @filelist parameter was present and 'filelist' did not exist.
This bug affected only WinRAR.exe, not RAR.exe.
- if -x*\somefolder\* exclusion mask was specified when archiving and if name of current folder
contained 'somefolder', WinRAR excluded all files and stopped creating an archive.
- GUI self-extracting archives did not work in Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE).

Instructions:

Just Install.

Installation Must Be Done From Inside This Downloaded Folder.
REASON : The "rarreg.key" Get's Imported During Installation
So No Need For U To Go and Copy and Paste anything To any installation Directory.

If You Would Like To Carry Winrar Onto a Flash-Drive
Just To Install On Another Computer. Just Send This Entire Folder To Your Flash Drive And Install From There.

Are you kidding?
Last stable version is 5.00 release. Last beta is 5.01 beta1. Meantime was versions: 4.01, 4.10, 4.20 and many beta's.
Can be downloaded directly from author site HERE (both x32 and x64 versions in many languages). Also exist two keygens: from FFF Team and CoRE Team. Both still produces valid rarreg.key files for version 5.
If you are afraid to use keygens, you can simple put these code contents in files named rarreg.key
