Just a review:
After catching his early interview I was lucky enough to borrow his audiobook from the library.

Listened to the 1st hour only of it while on a drive...that was enough to convince me to give it a try.

Quit bread, pasta, muffins, etc. - a month went by and I realized that not only did I feel better, but I'd dropped 25 extra pounds with zero effort.

Gave away my breadmaker machine and haven't looked back !!
