1. download WampDeveloper Pro 4.2.0.3
2. Install (don't run after install)
3. copy patch to installed directory
4. run patch and click patch button
5. copy serial that shown in patch window
6. run program and active it by serial

Even a close-to-useless anti-virus like yours detects it. Use on separate machine or in safe environment (specialized software like snadboxie)
