On tusfiles you'll need to uncheck the box to use the download accelerator. There's a few other sites that do that too, so keep an eye out for options next to the download buttons that supposedly help you to download 'faster' with the site tool and don't use them. Delete the exe and download it again after you un-check the box and you'll have the zip or rar or whatever it may be. :)
