This guy looks more like a hit or miss guy. Notice that his 30 day sales comes in just a few of those 30 days (What about the other days of the 30 days? Why did he not make any sales?) . His book is pretty typical of what you could get out of Bing that is 1 sale here and there (That is to say his results look realistic) but he is not telling you the full story otherwise he won't be so stupid to expose his niches to you. How do you know that the amount he claims to have spent is not more than what he shows you? No date ranges were shown on the Bing campaign dashboard. And why did he hide the first campaign?

Bottom line is you can make some little cash using Bing PPC which I do but the guy who wrote this ebook is probably not telling you everything because he probably spent more than what he told you he spent.
