Here is how I got it to work:
1. If you have installed v. 4.03, you need to uninstall it (Options-Resetting and Uninstalling-Uninstall WP Robot)
2. Deactivate and delete the plugin.
3. Install version 3.26

4. Activate and input any email in registration field.
5. Deactivate and delete v. 3.26
6. Install version 3.68

Magic Button :

7. Deactivate and delete v. 3.68
8. Upload and activate v. 4.03

The end result is Developer version of the WP Robot v. 4.03 with 24 modules available.
