Free plugin in the wordpress repository can export to Blogger and a whole lot more:

Probably a better option because it uploads at post not all at once. (Did you see the demo where he uploaded 1800 posts in one go - do you think maybe that would get the attention of Bloggers moderators?)

This could be a useful method i.e. set up a hidden wp blog, add autoblog tools, then post the results out to Blogger. In essence you now have autoblogging tools for blogger.

Ummmmm....why would you want a site on blogger anyhow? what use is it?
Blogger is notorious for deleting "blogs" that have affiliate links
if you have a site just about "makin money" full of affiliate links adios
who even looks at a blogger site anyhow?
