You are right imnik. I thought that I can get a username and password after registering at Elite Registration, then clicking "lost password". I got nothing. My email is not registered. They require your paypal email. I receive a Special Bunos though, SEO2012 ebook, that I made available for every BBHF member. I posted it above. Thanks to Keanu for posting the Elite Registration link.
