REVIEW :

1: Find businesses with high paying customers but crappy websites.

2: Contact them and arrange a meeting.

3: Before the meeting, build the website - whether you build it yourself or outsource it (before they have agreed to buy a site from you or given you a dimeUndecided )

4: Meet with customer, buy them lunch, and show off the website you've built for them, quote them a crazy high price, and hope they stick around to A: barter you down, B: buy the site, and C: go in for upsells. Undecided

Maybe for some, but no way am I building or outsourcing a site on a maybe. I get the theory that being able to show them their site and the new site side by side is a great tool for the sale, but a lot of business owners are just stubborn donkeys who walk away if they feel pressured - like when you have already built a site and are trying to get them to buy it at some crazy high price.

Sharing is Caring! But so is MIRRORING and ADDING REP Love

==========
Shortened review of the review from the reviewer that reviewed this for the OP who did not review it :-)

1: Open YP or WhiteBook randomly to find a business
2: Call them and say "Do you want a free website, that, due to my stupidity I have had made / outsourced for $250-$5000, in the hope that you are DUMB enough to buy it, if I buy you a Fillet Steak Dinner, take you to a Showgirl bar and marry your ugly wife?
3: Go to 1 again.

WF War Room is right for this crap, it would be a WAR CRIME if you paid for it!

since the direct download has 'giveaway' in it's url, I'm going to go out on a limb and say they are giving it away anyway??

Pretty basic info actually. You could still score some buck if you tweak the method a bit. Previous sales experience an asset though.

You don't always need to sell. One can simply contribute to this great community by adding valuable/insightful posts.
