I have searched Google but the solutions they give did not work.
Some of them blaimed it on the 64bit, i have a 32bit cpu.

I will reply on my own post so that it can help others.
I think i got it.
In VMWare Workstation i went to the menu "VM" then "settings" and change "Network Adaptor" to bridged.

So far so good.

But now i need to log in:
Administrator no problem :

But starting XRumer got me not futher than that the program askes me for login codes and then a Activation key.
How do i do that?
I found the key.lic file but the ID does not match "Your ID"
I just put in any login but the Activation key stopped me from going further.
I started XRumer with C:\SOFT\_XRUMER\XRumer7012\start.exe

Please Help

Enable VT in your bios.
