If you need the nfo file, it's in the archive - you do not have to fill out a survey to get it. WTF!

And opens to single lic If click on Upgrade, does not accept any data and stays on single lic Maybe Adobe Air upd the install files. Pls [+rep] me if I've helped you

Just been informed of issues people have been having with licenses. The VVCPro devs have already been informed of this and are working on an update as of one hour ago. Of course we at WFO will release the update when it comes :)
