Install this plugin
Set up the quote box or bubbles color, size, font size, position, etc.
Set up automatic tweet and/or fb buttons to be displayed
Insert your desired quote
Make your post and click on button that inserts your quote in the post
Publish your post

Typically, on Facebook or most other social platforms, the best time is when people are getting off of work and finally having some free time to check their facebook. But to really be most effective, you need to understand your niche and their browsing habits. Find out when their down time is and when they spend the most time on Facebook so you can get your content in front of them because they are the ones that are most likely to share your content.
