it is unethical practice but that is what many IMers indulge, easy peasy stuff. it may be termed as legal unless it is reported by the original uploader...may be i am wrong...but that's how it works

Hey guys... if you're worried about the videos not being yours, you are able to upload your own videos. Also, there is no copyright infringement going on as the video search only pulls in creative commons videos. Totally legal and legit.
