I contacted my hosting support and it turns out that it was something within htaccess they commented out and it allowed the theme and plugin to be activated. I don't know what they commented out so, sorry for not having that information. But if the theme and plugin give off an error like mine even if you have the latest php version then have your host check the htaccess and see if there is a problem there. That's the best I can do to help others with this. |
