I think this would be one of the best downloads here. I used to pay $97 a month two years ago, but that was quite a bit to pay.... However, the Username and password on the receipt page are blank and I have no email to refer to if I asked for a new password... Can you perhaps help?? or am I just doing something wrong??

Thank you, this is great. To Hillbilly - set up a google account and you are able to add extra gmail accounts - then use the email address as both the username and password, this would be the email address you enter when changing the code described above that I have recopied here -
