Yeah this has happened to me too
You don't need to prove anything, I'm sure most of the users have noticed that udemy is making some changes to their UI and that could be the source of these kind of problems. Thank you for all of your efforts and all the great stuff that you share with us mate

I believe "programmers" (cannot refer to those folks as "engineers") at Udemy decided to use some NoSQL database with an _eventual_ consistency. The transactions are not committed immediately. Thus, we've got those not working coupons even if the coupon is "working".  |

[/quote] This has been going on for a while with Udemy - free coupons which aren't free (go to cart and the course suddenly costs $.$$) - retrying consistently produces the same results, sometimes for days together.
