Hey bro, I downloaded the theme from the link "Download Theme Install only here" but as I look on the changelog and the style.css, it says that it is still v3.8.2? Hopefully I was wrong.

That is correct...The install WP files only is the one with 3.8.3 since the complete installation file has on it 3.82.....but according to theme fusion it is the latest update with 3.83.....Not sure how the do...but that's their answer....So feel free to be checking here regular.. I will update the theme every time developers post of a new update.

****bare with me...I am bit confused here as to what specific links on the three link options on page 1 to download that is Latest version of Avada (which right now is 3.8.3) hence, can someone jump in and tell me please *
links are:
Download Theme Install only here
Theme install only - April 19 update
Complete Theme and installation files

do I need to unzip them or upload the zip file to my wp install via say FTP and unzip from there?

And I presume in one of these above folders included TOTAL all stuff to go with Avada of any other things elements, revo and layer actual sliders and third party plugins, it needs to have this theme fully work with everything it does, the inclusive demos pages, the core builder wow what ever that is etc?

If so where are these links

@corinia-gold, if you want to download the latest version of Avada (v3.8.3) then go for the link that says "Theme install only - April 19 update". The other one, "Download Theme Install only here" contains v3.8.2. Now regarding the installation, you may normally install the downloaded zip file via WP dashboard but be sure to have a backup of your current theme first. Or unzip it via FTP (recommended).

It is very simple my friend...Download the complete installation files. that's it. It has everything you are looking for

I am downloading the complete file just now from my account options page. So this will have the latest version as of today April 22nd . Will upload shortly.

Thanks for kindly getting back to me and so fast good of you . If I download April 19 update does that give me complete full version EVERYTHING I need i.e. sliders, as well, Language, all demo pages etc ? I have not got any past install at all with this theme so wanted to make sure everything, sliders and all demo pages I get etc.
(What is the full install by the way and version?)

@corinia-gold The sliders and demo pages pages come along with the zipped file "Theme install only". The complete theme files have the PSD files and other stuff. The best way for you to check it is to download both files and compare their content or install the zipped theme installation file and see it for yourself. :)
