I'm entering the Leads business, so this post is spot on for what I'm thinking of doing with this wso, maximazing revenue from existing b2b customers or even prospects who don't become customers.

bugz1988, my 2 cents is, offer to do the work for 7 days for free or say a $50 dollar trial and they pay the ad costs and they promise to give a video testemonial/case study with the idea being you may lower their leads cost and if they like the results they can come aboard.

If they are paying $280 for a converted lead and you can drop it to $60 a converted lead, that's value and someone's gonna let you test with a small smount of dollars to see if you can deliver and if you can, you're in like Flynn.

4 or 5 positive case studies and you will not have to do the 7 day free trial anymore unless entering a new market.

Plenty of lead courses here on BBHF to show you how to get the leads for lower cost.

You'll have to target companies that are making money, say 1 to 3 million a year. Companies that aren't too small or too big but are aggressive about becoming big is the sweet spot. Companies that are number 2 to 10 in their market. They're used to spending money on advertising to make more money.
