No, this works in the US only.

Just thought I'd add something useful here since I've got a lot of value from this method alone.

There are fees associated with this card but you can keep them to a minimum by:

1. Get the card and load $40. You will receive an additional $20. Total = $60.
2. Go to the store, buy something and get the remainder of your balance through cash back.

You will be charged $2 from the card, so you will come up on $18.
