Have you Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 Service Pack 2 for Windows Desktop?

You need to install both 32 and 64 version. Just follow instruction in video below!
Without this Microsoft SQL the program doesn't work properly! Writer Studio doesn't work either without it.
