Something not working in spinning tool like when click Replace %LINK% with spintax, its shows error Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Insert images seems to be working for me.
You can probably use the image and video spinner and insert the spins manually into your campaigns.

That way you can select which locations you want to plant the images/videos which might be better actually.
