Here is my review :

Half of the book consist of "Get To Know Twitter" thing. Its something most of us here had already know. But if you are new to twitter than you can gain something here because half of the book dedicated for the beginners.

The next part is where it shows how you should connect with your followers. There are few interesting methods such as sending DM to your new followers. Instead of sending them spam messages, you can send introductory messages with a link to your blog. Nothing new here

There are tools being discussed inside which is TweetAdder. The current version for now is 4.0 . I had run a search throughout the forum and i can only find the latest version being shared here is 3.0 . I dont know if the link are still working now but you can try. Personally i had never use TweetAdder before, but maybe there are users here who had experience with the tools that can share their experience with us
