Once you have WAMP up, in the root directory, create the file software-license-check.php. The contents of this file should be:

Next, update your hosts file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) and add the entry

I have updated the first post cause I got it wrong..the first download link was not the updated version..I don't know that there's an updated version and when I tried it and gone to the salespage..its not the same as what he use sorry much. so heres the updated one. check my first post. :). again to see it.

Check which dll, if can't solve. Install the xampp and leave everything by default installation directory.
