Of course that they have to make some bucks, at my opinion they have a great product, but i don't think that Udemy can do something about trainingclub using their amazon s3 hosting, becouse for do that udemy has to change their file names or reupload all they courses, and i don't see this happening, i think that they will act by the law, but, i was doing my research too and TC is hosted offshore. So, i think that their best shoot is try to scare the boy behind, or send a lot of cease and desist letters and see if it works.
