Tried a shoutout through the recommended shoutcart platform. $25 bucks. shoutout linked to a squeeze page for free funnel pages on my Instagram Profile, (which has 2000 followers), I designed what I thought was a nifty pic + caption. Got ZERO results. I guess... be careful that the Instagram account is not using black hat techniques to inflate likes and comments. I still have another $25 bucks to invest, but next time I will look for signs of real user interaction. My fault for not doing more research. But James is a lazy bugger who leaches off trending social media sites and inflates the efficacy of those sites. MY FAULT - note to self - IM is a ripoff biz.
