I'm inside my p cloud account trying to import the file into there but it wont let keeps saying user over quota.

I had the same message. Just create a new pcloud account and import it. It works that way.

For whose who are having trouble saving to their pCloud account, simply means you don't have any more free space. So, either you delete something or buy more space. That will help with '''user over quote'
