Maybe I should have read more than a few cursory glances before commenting.

I remember Erich von Däniken and that idea. But the current trend in thought (not even current, rather over 2 decades old) is that the Universe is set up to intelligently seed itself of life.

Gone are the ancient astronauts - now it is time to consider what happens in the lifecycle of a star.

It begins out of stellar gas, cycles through hydrogen, helium, on through the heavier elements. To make a (very) long story short, it ends up creating the building blocks for life (amino acids) and, on it's death throes, spits them out forcefully upon reaching nova stage. "Seeds" of life spewed out in all directions, going everywhere at high velocity.

That doesn't even mention the theory of the black hole, which might be a universe unto itself - and if the theory holds up, this universe is contained in one. Pockets of infinity contained within pockets of infinity (ad infinitum).

And. no I did not copy this verbatum (or even the idea) from black hat world or any other place... I studied cosmology and gave it a good "whirl" in my head - one.

But I like the myths, the idea of spirits or angels handling the work of the creator... the Urantia Book is shared on this forum somewhere, and it is a good telling.

Will not go into, today, what might be the destiny of some of the creation (the chosen) (as a hint, consider the parables and scripture) as inheritors of the Kingdom.
