I found this in the comments of the requests section for this theme and shared with more mirrors added.
It was the best selling theme in Theme-Forest News/Magazine section with more than 6,100 purchases and second most Theme was with 3,000 purchases. You can see the difference between the first and the second most purchased, so you might now understood how popular this theme is . This theme has a call back function and unless nulled your site will dissapear after about 14 days and you will see the text "you are using an illegal version of this theme" on your homepage so watch out using this theme!

This appears to be from scriptmasters to it's probably nulled, unless they are too dumb
