ADD: Added ability to activate bbPress quicktags for topics and replies if desired.
MOD: Converted Customizer checkbox controls to on/off radio controls to address Customizer refresh bug.
MOD: Improved the "Updating" message in the Customizer for better feedback and response.
MOD: Moved Ethos "Featured Post" options from the Customizer to multiple checkboxes in the post meta.
