The error that I have is that once installed the template, to try to change something in the template options, gives me the following error

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 26214400) (tried to allocate 20 bytes) in /homepages/33/d313076245/htdocs/store/wp-content/themes/dt-the7/inc/extensions/wp-less/lib/vendor/lessphp/lessc.inc.php on line 658

I'm no expert in programming but from what I can see in that line that fails is something related with some keys

Anyone else gives you that error? They know how to fix it?

apparently the files are not transferred correctly to your server, configure your FTP client and select binary transfer mode, with that would solve the problem.
