Thanks so much for the share. I have dabbled in this kind of thing before. It does work. The laws and how they may enforce them against such dealmaking depends on the local scene. You can get tripped up tax wise and liability wise if your contracts aren't airtight. Biggest problem being all of the assholes who have entered the markets and people get leery of any of us doing it who are trying to do it right. People have ripped off people so badly with overly high fees and even not really having full control of a property as people are trying to move into it the authorities get attracted to it. Ya all know what I mean there! I have boxes of this kind of training in my place from back when it was all paper. I will look at this and see if Joe has anything new to say. I think Zillow getting involved means alternative ways of buying and selling are here to stay. Biggest issues now with American properties are most titles are clouded due to banksters putting them into trusts and passing them around illegally and they can't be insured fully by title companies anymore. Some buyer can come back and sue folks down the line in the chain of title. And they have. The courts have actually given back the property to someone and a buyer loses all. That may or may not mean people just shuffling paper like Joe suggests may be involved as well. Save some of your profits for a lawyer is my advice until that shit shakes out in the courts.

Thank you everyone for the comments and reps. I really hope this course will help with getting in the Real Estate game with Wholesale Lease Options. It is a big market out there and soon will get bigger with Trump's tariff war. What I love about Real Estate is you can make money in times good and bad.

Everybody needs some kind of relief from homes that are becoming a big burden to them.
