d***, i decided to stalk you and came across this thread. interesting thread.

was interesting what c.s.w. said. looks like he is well read but i have to question anyone who is all over the place in the forum with no direction. still a good read in my opinion though considering there is truth in everything

there is a big difference between historical events/experiences and opinions and how people choose to piece things together and the ways we have to think in order to make sense of something or even allow something to guide us or help us on an individual level.

with almost an infinate amount of alternate realities on that individual level and with the truth being displayed in each and every one of them, i think it's foolish to even think we know anything that can bring us closer to the truth in our simple and short lifetime here on earth. that is a lot of piecing together

when i see things for what it is, i begin to see other things and what people argue over. between religions and religious beliefs. if we know that piecing together the truth will not happen in this lifetime, what is the point of arguing over what is real and what is not real? seems like it's a distraction to what we are ultimately here for which is NOT to piece together all the truths in the universe to come to a conclusion of one ultimate truth and religious belief.

if everyone wants to argue and be right, and in doing so is a distraction to what is more important in this lifetime i personally can't take any 1 religion too seriously but only try to find the common ground in them when comparing. that' my own personal alternate reality i choose to see knowing as much as i learn in this lifetime, it's going to be very little compared to the bigger picture and all the ignorance still inside me that leaves me feeling petty.

and although i still haven't yet learned to fight my ego and keep myself 100% humble, i know that my experiences are mine and for me alone to understand fully which makes it a very lonely world in a sense. and same goes for everyone else and their own personal experiences. this is pqart of why religious beliefs are formed. so people don't feel so alone and can come together. but there is a flaw organized religious beliefs don't take in to account personal experiences with the infinate # of altrernate realities which are only limited to how many people are in the world. and when religions do not take in to account personal experiences and persional visions and they way people see the world, they can't save anyone. it's impossible but the religions will promote their beliefs like a drug people need to take in order to see the light and be fulfilled and have peace. otherwise, people are doomed. it's the same pleasure/pain marketing tactic we see going on in the real world every single day and how to influence people.

in order for us to survie in in a world soooo controlling, we have to learn to be free thinkers and create all those alternate realities on that individual level where nobody is supposed to understand that one reality except the person who is viewing it and needs it the most at that specific time and place t0o make sense of their own personal identity that organized religions can never give someone.

i believe we are all unique and i will always continue to believe that. religions try to make us all the same. i think it's ok to be religious and/or spiritual, but not anything organized. people have to be free thinkers and learn to indentify who they really are, why they are here and what they are meant to do and push themselves to be better each day.

at the end of the day, religions are man made. all of them. what isn't man made is US and who we are on an individual level. so personally, i feel god is in THAT and not religious beliefs and that is what we need to be focused on because anything else and the outside forces that be will be a distraction and guiding us away from what really matters most. us. on an individual level as god or the higher power intended. not grouping together to form clots in nature
