I think all shared links here are Single Site License
I've downloaded and installed from the OP links
on my first web everything run well and all the menu and button appear
but when I installed the same plugin on my 2nd, 3rd and 4th web
all have the same problem : all button in "Add URL(s)" menu not appear

I try to change the plugin with direct download from OP link on post: #13
and it's still have the same problem : all button in "Add URL(s)" menu not appear

It will be nice if someone can share Unlimited Sites License
or
if I'm doing something wrong with the plugin please tell me how to correct
