If you don't get this message I will post it in the thread also.

Up by your user name click "User CP"

Then click "Edit Options"

Look for the section labeled "Messaging and Notification"

The third option down is called "Receive private messages from others users."

Make sure it has a check mark.


That should fix the private message issue. If not, then please do follow up with a mod, since there could possibly be a small issue with your account. In the event that it does work, then all I can say is welcome to the forums, and enjoy your stay my friend! :)
