This IS the REAL secret to next level wealth - securitising your own assets. This is a major way that Elon and his rich buddies stay rich. They borrow against their own stocks (for example) and live off that debt. Then if the stock fails, the debts drops away too - because the stock was the security. This is the meta-cash mindset - don't link your debt to "real assets" - instead, securitise your wealth machine to participate in the world of commerce with "cash" (or whatever other "token of commerce" you need).
