Interesting webinar audio and transcript for anyone who is thinking about getting software designed.
Key notes: 1. Use Freelancer to find programmer with previous successes 2. Don't pay peanuts - allow $300 or so 3. Start with some small project - build a relationship with programmer 4. Create software that people need (e.g. solve problems on WF etc) - DUHHH! Actually there's some good hints in here in amongst all the usual 'that's cool' dross. |

I find it interesting that there is no OTO on this, while at the same time they are giving 100% commission to their affiliates... It means that this is a rare example of pure list-building.
