@jackdono: Thank you and max reps added for bringing this share to us. Truth be told, I had problems with the Mirror Creator link. The zippyshare option was dead (as was expected from Zippy) and Malwarebytes and blocked Solidfiles download for a suspected trojan. Now, that's not to cast shade but just reporting my own experiences; it could just be my shi**y, overworked computer.

But to my point in posting this...

I'm posting an update to let people know that my links to e-books in post #7 (and elsewhere all over BBHF) have been inexplicably blocked on the forum. But, if you're smart, you can still get the download (without asking me for it).

Use your eyes and your wits so you won't need to wait for someone else to deliver what you want.

Here's what I mean...

You can use the sub-directory portion of the e-book link that is blocked ... it begins with /book/ (shown highlighted below). Select and copy it with your mouse:

Then go to the e-book site (use the words in parentheses as hints about which symbols to use then type this in the form of a website URL in the address bar of your browser): b(dash)ok(dot)cc

Then paste the sub-directory you previously copied to the end of the URL and hit the ENTER key on your keyboard to get to the site and get the download.

Or, if that fails, simply go to the site and search for the e-book by author or title.

Let me clearly say this: My e-book shares do not knowingly interfere with any GBs because it is statistically impossible for anyone to host a GB to an e-book title where it is freely available on a site that provides it (and hundreds of thousands of other titles).

Since my shares are in the FREEBIE section, I am providing a community service by telling people where they can FREELY get downloads directly. And it's not like these GB sellers are making mint --- but I foresee more and more valid links being blocked in favor of short-term GB sales.

I am doing this because recently, I got a few PMs from people asking if I can re-up or send them a link to a title that was blocked in one of my shares. I can't see myself doing this long-term and since it was BBHF's decision to block these links, I needed to post here to tell you how to circumvent it. But what bothers me more is the simple lack of desire from people to try to find what they want on their own. They'd just as soon request someone else go to the bother on their behalf.

The solution to the issue is right there, as plain as the nose on your face.

Learn to use the blocked links or simply go to the e-book sites on your own and search for the author or title. If you are content to post a re-up or mirror and just sit waiting for it, you will soon be waiting a long, long time.

NOTE: When you go to the B(dash)OK site, you might type one site extension (ex: org or cc) and the browser may change the extension or re-direct you to another site entirely but don't worry, that's normal. There are many incarnations for that huge e-book repository. It will take you to Z-Library or a site associated with it.
